Newcomers always start with open meetups.

NAM-TARA is more than fireshow and lightshow performances

It’s a group of people who meet at trainings, rehearsals and on stage to create something more than solo acts.

If you:

  • train juggling, dance, movement or flow

  • are interested in fire, light and stage performance

  • feel like you want to do something seriously, but without pressure or a corporate atmosphere

— we might be looking for you.

This is not a casting or fast recruitment

And it’s not a “job starting immediately”.

Joining NAM-TARA is a process:

  • we get to know each other during trainings

  • we work on movement and stage presence

  • we see if working together feels right

Only later do things like this appear:

  • performance projects

  • shows

  • trips

  • larger productions

No pressure. No forced declarations.

Not sure if this is for you?

Who are we looking for?

We are not looking for ready-made stars or CVs full of awards.

We are looking for people who:

  • practice juggling (poi, staff, fans, balls and other props)

  • train dance, movement or flow arts

  • are interested in fire theatre or performance

  • want to grow artistically and work as part of a team

  • are responsible and committed

Stage experience is not required.
What matters much more is:

  • consistency

  • willingness to learn

  • a normal, human approach to working in a group

What does the collaboration look like?

  • regular trainings and rehearsals

  • work on choreography and stage form

  • gradual involvement in performance projects

Most events take place on weekends, so:
a weekday job or studies are not a problem.

We don’t work “occasionally” — we focus on people who want to develop long-term.

From training to the stage

Many NAM-TARA performers:

  • started without any stage experience

  • came from juggling, dance or movement

  • learned how to work with fire from scratch

Over time, there are:

  • performances in Poland

  • festivals

  • international projects

  • larger event productions

But everything happens step by step — and at the right pace.

How to apply?

If you feel this might be something for you — send us a few words about yourself.

One last thing

We don’t promise a fast career or “easy shows”.
We promise a fair path, real experience and working with people who take fire and stage seriously — but in a human way.

If this resonates with you — get in touch.
